1. MATOL (PVT.) LIMITED

Matol was incorporated as a private limited company on November 24, 2003. The registered office of the Company is situated at Matiari House, C-48, K.D.A Scheme No. 1, Karachi. The principal business of the Company is to manufacture and sell high quality hydrous ethanol (ethyl alcohol).

The idea behind the inception of Matol (Pvt.) Limited was to fulfill international market needs and to synergize the Economies of Operational Efficiencies with Matiari Sugar Mills Limited. Since 2001, Matol has been providing foreign exchange earnings, more local employment, and effective utilization of molasses from sugarcane, producing a value-added commodity.

The Company has imported advanced technology (Bio-gas plant, digesters, boilers and 3MW Turbine) for efficient production of ethanol and optimum utilization of its by products. The distillery is capable of producing 100,000 liters (80 Tons) ethanol per day. Moreover the company with its sound financial decisions and managerial skills obtained long term financing from major banks HBL and NBP. The Company ensured timely and full payments to its lenders proving itself a reputable business banking customer. The significant investment decision forthe installation of a new boiler and its automation with a bio-gas plant changed the face of Matol’s financial position and transformed its operational losses into profits. In return, the Company has since beenregularly paying out a dividend of 50% to its shareholders.

2. MATIARI FLOUR MILLS (PVT.) LIMITED

MFM was incorporated as a private limited company on March 05, 2013. The registered office of the Company is situated at Matiari House, C-48, K.D.A Scheme No. 1, Karachi. The principal business of the Company is to manufacture, sell and deal in wheat products.

The Company imported its state-of-the-art wheat processing plant from renowned Plant & Machinery Manufacturer M/s. Bhuler (Switzerland). The flour mill unit situated in DehPannu adjacent to Matiari Sugar Mills Limited and has a capacity of 150tons per day.

Within months of its successful operations, the Company secured vital corporate customers in the confectionaries, biscuits and bakery Industry. The Company also intends to launch export operations in the near future as its production is accredited by Global Foods and Safety Certification Bodies.

3. CONDOR SECURITY (PVT.) LIMITED

The Company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on May 18, 1994. The Company commenced operations from July 01, 1999. Its registered office is situated in Karachi (Sindh). The Company is engaged in the business of providing security services.

Registered by the Government of Pakistan, Condor caters to specialized security needs from personal bodyguards for businessmen on the move to security guards for home and businesses. Condor is serving the country with its many years of expertise in this age of insecurity.

4. MATIARI HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE) LIMITED

The Company was incorporated in Pakistan Matiari Health was formed under section 32 of Companies Ordinance, 1984 on 12th May, 2015.
